This article was written when Facebook still allowed this feature. Facebook has discontinued support for FBML and now only supports iframes.

All of these things moved around and changed once Facebook migrated to the new design. Now, to add a Follow Me on Twitter Button, you’d need to create a custom tab using iFrames and for most people, that will take professional assistance. Your apps are now accessible on the left hand side of your wall once you’ve clicked “edit my page” in the upper right hand corner of your Fanpage wall.
